The Academic Programs of the Department include:

Master of Commerce (M.Com)

Master of Commerce is a Two Years Program. It consists of Four Semesters. The intake of M.Com. is 54 including subsidized, non-subsidized and supernumerary seats. Roaster is applied on subsidized seats for admission in the Program.

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) in Commerce

Doctor of Philosophy is the program where students get admission as per the latest UGC Guidelines and the procedure and direction of the University. The number of seats depends upon the availability of seats with the supervisors. Roaster is applied for admission and the minimum time period for completion of Ph.D. is as per the UGC Guidelines. After getting admission in the Ph. D. program, the students have to qualify the Course work within the first semester of admission.  Minimum time period of completion of Ph.D. is Three Years. In case, students have already done M.Phil previously, they need not to qualify Course Work and there is relaxation in minimum time period of completion of Ph. D. if their title is extension of their M.Phil dissertation work.
