The Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities, since its very inception in University Institute of Technology, has been supporting all other Engineering Departments of the Institute by imparting quality education and knowledge of allied disciplines like Physics, Mathematics, English, and Management. Department has been committed to plays a pivotal role in laying the foundations of budding Engineers by motivating them to make use of concepts and analytical skills of Applied Sciences to enhance their learning ability.  It caters to the need of fostering of soft skills and inculcating professional strength in students with the basics of Humanities and Management sciences. Besides that, the Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities along with the learned faculty members has also been continuously evolving in the field of academics and research.
