Besides to the Central Library, Department has a well-equipped library which caters to the needs of the faculty and students with a seating capacity of twenty. Library has subscription for the following  Journals: Acta Biotechnologica, Trends in Biotechnology, Extremophiles, Biotechnology and Applied Biotechnology, Letter in Biotechnology, Indian Journal of Biotechnology, Science Reporter, etc. which covers and supports both research and teaching in various areas of life sciences.
