PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR TRANSCRIPT/EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT (ECA)
 
Candidate to write an application/e-mail addressed to the Controller of Examinations, H.P. University, containing therein specific request regarding verification of qualification/ issue of trans, documentation and alongwith fees may be sent to the University by post to the “Controller of Examinations, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla- 171005” or by e-mail at: coehpu[at]rediffmail[dot]com.
Submit clear/ legible photocopies of relevant Certificates, Consolidated Marks Certificate and Degree etc. plus Academic Records Request Form – in case of WES and fees (as per detail below) are required for the purpose of such educational qualification related verification(s): -

 
If additionally, the verification is required to be sent through e-mail, a specific request for doing so can also be included.   Upon specific request an advance/ electronic copy of verification/ tran can also be transmitted through e-mail.    The applicable/ requisite fees for the purpose of verification can be deposited by way of a Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Himachal Pradesh University or the fees can also be deposited online by visiting https://nmiscfee.hpushimla.in/  and the resultant transaction id/receipt can be shared in support of such request for verification.
