Alumni

The Department of Management /Institute of Management Studies/ now known as HP University Business School is offering MBA & Phd degree since 1971. Thus having a strong alumni base of about four thousand MBA graduates working around the globe and various corners of our country. For alumni networking purposes, a platform has been operational under the flag of Institute of Management Studies Association (IMSSA) registered under the Societies Act in 2003. The IMSSA is having its office in the university having office bearers of alumni and current students.

The MBA students join IMSSA with membership of Rs. 500/- only and gains growth, networking and collaborations with the corporate world. Thus, the IMSSA is having membership of both old and fresh students, providing better chances of learning, exposure and connectivity. One of the key objectives of IMSSA is to facilitate present students with better on-the-job training opportunities and enhanced employment avenues in the industry. Further, IMSSA creates the opportunities for professional talks and mentoring by experienced executives in addition to various personality development activities (alumni meet, management fest, cultural events, case studies, group discussions, role play and mock interviews, etc.) organized from time to time during the MBA program.
