Note: The above fee structure includes only admission fee, tuition fee, PCP fee etc. The examination fee is not included in the above fee structure and the same/examination fee shall be charged by the Controller of Examinations, H.P. University at the time of filling online examination forms.
Note -The fee structure is subject to revision from time to time. The revised fee if any shall be applicable for the relevant session/semester.
Concessions-
1. For Disabled Students: As per the orders of the Hon’ble High Court CWPIL No. 30, 2011, the students with special needs with more than 40% disability admitted to any course of study running in the H. P. University Shimla-5, will not be charged any fees.
- SC/ST and Girls Students: The Himachali Candidates belonging to the SC/ST Categories and Women candidates of Himachal Pradesh will be allowed to enrol with ICDEOL in B.A. only by paying a fee of Rs. 500/- as ICDEOL registration fee and a fee of Rs. 500/- for the Study Material (SLM). Such candidates shall be considered the students of ICDEOL for all purposes.
- In MBA Programme, 50% of tution fee will be refunded in the favour of wards of the University Employee as per EC decision vide item no. 9 dated 20/07/2022
- The late fee in different slabs after the last date of depositing Admission/ Course fee in UG/PG/Diploma courses as per EC decision vide Resolution No. 13 dated 30/05/2022 is as here under.
- Late fee for 1st fortnight after the last date is over- Rs. 500
- Late fee for next fortnight- Rs. 1000
- Late fee with the Approval of Vice Chancellor (15 days before the commencement of Examination)- Rs. 1500
