A guest lecture was organised by The Institute of Vocational Studies for all the students on 18th September, 2023. The theme of the lecture was Entrepreneurship Skills in Tourism. The lecture was delivered by the MD of the travel company named "The Glide Inn"  which works in Tourism & Hospitality Sector focusing on adventure tourism activities. The Students of the Institute will also be provided two days training which includes Basic Skills of Paragliding, Communication Skills, Etiquettes and Mannerism, Body Language and other basic skills related to Hospitality and Tourism industry. All the participants will be provided with certificates from Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam (HPKVN) & Tourism & Hospitality Sectoral Skill Council of India (THSC).
