Value Education

Value Education is an integral part of Tourism and Hospitality. The Tourism and Hotel Industry is a labor intensive service industry that thrives upon human interaction and values. Hence Individual behaviour and values are of prime importance in dealing with all customers, where the customer is treated like a King and a Guest is revered like God (Atithi Devo Bhava)

To imbibe  values students are particulalry oriented in  value education, communication skills, customer relations and intercation. Values like Honesty, Punctuality, Courtesy, and Sincerity are emphiasised in courses of the Programs taught. Values  form the pillar of the Hospitality Industry. Values are also  oriented  through mock Role Playing and actual Guest Host Interaction in Events organized by the Institute where students get a first hand experience in polisihing their skills.
