The Institute is located in Swami Vivekanand Building on the 3rd, 4th and 5th Floor. IVS has fairly established infrastructure and is disabled friendly,  accessible by an elevator in the building. 

In the Insttute there is state-of-the-art technology and Smart Classrooms for both Tourism and Hotel Management students. Labratories for Hotel Management are under construction. There are Faculty Rooms, Office, Research Scholars Rooms, a Pantry, Library and open attic space for organizing functions. Utilities like Washrooms for both male and female students, along with driniking water facilities are also present. IVS also has a well equipped library and a computer lab. All  the above  infrastructure is used by both the faculty and students for class room teaching, lab work,  research, seminars, conferences, etc.
